For anxiety and trauma informed care/psychodynamic work, I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches — including CBT, DBT, ACT, and EFIT — tailoring treatment to your specific needs to help you change your relationship with your thoughts and feelings, reconnect with your sense of self, and begin living in alignment with what matters most to you.
